Most of us breathe on autopilot our entire lives without ever thinking about it.
But the way you breathe has a direct influence on how calm or stressed your body feels. It's one of the few things that can actually tell your body it's safe to relax, even when your mind hasn't caught up yet.
Guided breathwork in Adelaide offers a supported space to explore that. A space to move out of constant stimulation, mental noise, and stored stress, and allow the body to find its way back to a more settled state.
No experience needed. No right way to do it. Just a willingness to show up and breathe.

A constantly active or restless mind.
Overthinking, struggling to slow down, or feeling stuck in your head.
Stress, tension, or emotional build-up.
A sense of pressure in the body that hasn't fully released.
Feeling disconnected or out of touch with yourself.
Finding it hard to feel grounded, present, or clear.
Wanting to learn to breathe properly. Curious about functional breathing and how something so automatic could be done better.
Becoming more aware of your breath and body. Wanting to notice patterns you've never really paid attention to before.
Seeking deeper awareness or personal insight.
Wanting to better understand patterns, reactions, or behaviours that keep showing up.
Low energy, fatigue, or lack of clarity.
Feeling flat, foggy, or not fully engaged in daily life.
Needing space to reset and reconnect.
Time away from constant stimulation, noise, and mental load.
At its core, breathwork sessions in Adelaide offer a space to slow down, reconnect, and return to a more balanced state.
This isn't a class or a course. Every session is one-on-one, guided specifically around you.

Every session is different, and breathwork isn't one-size-fits-all. Before booking a full session, many people prefer to have a quick chat first. It's a chance to talk about what's been going on for you, learn how I work, and see whether breathwork feels right for you.
15 Minute Discovery Call · Free · Phone
A relaxed, no-pressure phone call to help you explore your options and ask anything you'd like to know before booking. Your phone number will be collected when you book through Calendly, and I'll call you at our scheduled time.

My approach draws on a few different ways of working with the breath, depending on what suits you.
It might be simple, calming breathing to help your body settle quickly.
Or conscious connected breathing, a guided, continuous breath pattern that's currently my main focus, where you're given the space to find your own rhythm rather than forcing or controlling anything.
I also cover functional breathing, looking at how you breathe day to day and whether small shifts there could help.
Every session is tailored to you. Some people find deep calm and relaxation. Others experience emotional release or a stronger sense of body awareness. There's no single way it's supposed to go.
Music is often used to help guide the breath and pacing, though if you'd prefer to breathe without it, that's completely fine too.
The specifics of what might work best for you are something we can talk through on a discovery call before you book a full session
Each session is guided and paced to you, in a space that's safe and unhurried.
We start with a short conversation, checking in on how you're feeling and walking through what to expect.
From there, you're guided through the breath itself, supported at a pace that feels manageable. As the session settles, there's space for the body to integrate and process, followed by time to ground and return before we close.
If you'd like to talk through anything that came up, there's space for that at the end too.
At times, gentle hands-on support may be offered to help the body release tension more easily. This is always optional and guided by your comfort and consent.
Breathwork is a safe and supportive practice for most people. Certain medical or psychological conditions may require additional care or medical clearance before participating.
If you have any existing health concerns, are pregnant, or are currently under medical or psychological care, it's recommended that you speak with your doctor before attending a session.
A full list of contraindications and a detailed waiver will be provided before your first session.
Your safety and wellbeing are always the priority.
A personalised one-to-one breathwork session designed around you and what you're needing right now. Depending on your goals, we may explore calming breathwork, conscious connected breathing, or functional breathing techniques.
Whether you're looking to slow down, release stress, improve your relationship with your breath, or simply reconnect with yourself, each session is tailored to your experience.
Sessions are available in either 60-minute or 90-minute formats and can be attended in person in Hallett Cove (Adelaide) or via Zoom.

I'm a certified Breathwork Facilitator, trained through Wild Success as part of their inaugural breathwork program. Alongside this, I've completed a Micro Trauma certification, because understanding how the body holds and processes experience is at the heart of how I work.
