A comprehensive, one-on-one SoulNar session designed to support nervous system settling and deep rest.
Each session includes approximately 45 minutes on the treatment bed, using sound, breath support, and subtle energy work, with time before and after to arrive, integrate, and ground.
Extended sessions are available upon request.
Sessions are offered in Hallett Cove, or in your own home by arrangement.
