Why I Do This Work

I came to EMF awareness the same way many of my clients do. Not through a textbook, but through my own experience.

After years of health challenges I'd already learned that what we can't see can still have a very real effect on us. Toxic mould had taught me that. I did a lot of work on my physical health and things began to improve. 

But my nervous system was still dysregulated, and it was through that lens that I started noticing something new. I was becoming increasingly sensitive to things I'd never paid attention to before, including the EMF environment around me.

Making changes to my own space helped. That experience led me into formal training through

Geovital Academy,  where I learned practical methods for evaluating electromagnetic exposures within buildings.

I'm not here to create fear around technology. I use it every day. But I do believe that awareness and practical action can make a real difference to how you feel.

What I Look For

I assess key sources of EMF radiation that may impact the suitability of a home, including nearby power lines, substations, and infrastructure, meter boxes and switchboards especially near bedrooms, solar systems and inverters, underground cables and metal utility pipes, and radio frequency radiation from towers, Wi-Fi, and surrounding signals.

Professional EMF meters are used throughout the assessment to detect exposures that wouldn't be picked up during a standard building or electrical inspection.

2. Full Pre-Purchase Assessment

Post-offer, comprehensive assessment.

A thorough EMF assessment of the property, identifying both key risks and practical ways to reduce exposure before moving in. Covers all key living areas and bedrooms and includes tailored recommendations for EMF protection.

Cost: Standard assessment fees apply.

Over recent decades, scientists and medical professionals have conducted thousands of studies examining the biological effects of prolonged EMF exposure across humans, animals, and the environment.

Current EMF exposure standards are largely based on short-term thermal effects, meaning the heating of tissue. Many researchers argue that non-thermal biological effects aren't accounted for within these standards, and that existing guidelines don't fully reflect this area of research.

Geopathic stress refers to natural radiation rising from the earth.

Fault lines are fractures in the earth's crust that can generate elevated levels of natural radiation.

Ground mixing occurs where different geological materials meet, creating areas of irregular energy.

Grid lines are naturally occurring global energy grids made up of Hartmann and Curry lines that cross the earth's surface at regular intervals.
